How It Works
PHASE 1: The Strategy Session
We start with a 45-minute deep dive into your situation. Where you stand legally, what leverage you have, what you want out of this exit, and what the risks are. You'll leave this session knowing exactly what your next move is and why.
PHASE 2: On-Call Strategic Support
This is where we do the real work together. When something happens - think an unexpected meeting getting added to your calendar, a difficult email popping into your inbox, or a conversation going sideways - you reach out and we talk it through.
Calls are focused and efficient, typically 30 minutes or less, because the goal is always to get you ready for what's next. You'll never have to navigate a high-stakes moment alone or unprepared.
PHASE 3: The Landing Wrap-Up
A closing session once your exit is complete. We review your severance, if applicable, protect your references, and craft the narrative you'll carry into your next chapter. Because how you leave shapes how you arrive somewhere new.
Most clients are in the process for one to six months. The Exit Blueprint covers the full journey.
The Investment
The Exit Blueprint is a flat $2,500, split into two payments of $1,250.
