SERVICES

This isn't Career Coaching and it isn't typical legal advice.

Most people facing workplace problems fall into a gap. Lawyers focus on lawsuits and coaches focus on motivation. But the most critical moment comes before either. That’s where I work.
I help you:
- Understand your leverage before you resign
- Avoid costly mistakes
- Navigate toxic or high-pressure environments
- Protect your reputation and income
- Exit with clarity and control
- Stragetically plan the move that's right for you

We offer a range of specialized services to support individuals facing challenges at work. Our services include personalized strategy sessions to enhance professional skills and confidence, as well as thorough review of legal documents to ensure fair treatment.

Strategy Sessions

Document Review

Workplace Advocacy

Our personalized strategy sessions are tailored to address anything that's coming up at work for you. We'll talk about your goals and provide practical guidance and support to overcome workplace challenges.

Want a lawyer's eye on your employment documents, independent contractor agreement or severance offer? We are ready to talk through all of your questions, sort through the "leagalese" and empower you to advocate for yourself.

Feel like you aren't getting a fair deal at work? If you want to ask for a promotion or a raise or need help making requests for better or different working conditions.

Support for your Business

How your company handles a PIP, layoffs, or other employee exits shape your company long after an employee is gone.

I work with small and mid-size organizations to build transition processes that are clear, fair, and legally sound — because treating departing employees well isn't just the right thing to do, it's good business.
